I had a very unpleasant experience at the Marshalls in El Cajon. I had to take back a gold pair sandals that was a birthday gift for my 8 year old daughter. She wore them 1 time and each show broke in exactly the same place. I did not have a receipt or tag because I didn't need it since they fit. I have a disability which makes it hard to get out so, when i finally did get there I couldn't even get an exchange which is what I wanted.
