With Sephora and reasonable jewelry it's aces in my book.
This store is the absolute worst!!! I ordered an item online with the option to pick up the same day at the store. I got confirmation that they got the order and was supposed to get a notification that it was ready within four hours. IT IS NOW DAY 3 AND STILL NOTHING!!! I tried calling the store, but the phone rang for 15 MINUTES with nobody answering the phone!!! Whoever is in charge of that horrible place should be FIRED! Never again.
Still a great store. Yes, dated, but they try to keep up with modern trends and fashion. And everything is virtually on sale... $40 dress shirt, oh but today, it's 70% off, plus another $5 off for this or that. :)
One of the smaller JCPenney stores. Still has a decent selection of clothes and small appliances. However be prepared to wait half an hour to check out. Even though the stores relatively empty, the cashiers are slow as slow can be.
So im giving it a one because I go in today looking for a tuxedo for my son the 1st guy he was cool helped me put the jacket on hold I said I would come back because I had to order the rest. I go back right now 6:55pm there's a young man African American some little braids at the top of his head and some girl I'm telling the girl what was going on the other worker the guy just laughs because no info is left I'm good off El Cajon
