All the Kohl Department Stores are nice. Tons of foot traffic. Quality merchandise to sell.
I ordered on line and picked up in store for a reason. I didn't want to deal with lines and walk the store because I need two knee replacements and the more I walk the more it hurts. Anyways. Customer service is all the way in the back, there was a long line, and they tried to give me one thing out of a 10 item order. My receipt showed ever item but theirs did not. I said get the manager, she didn't want to. Long story short I got all my items. Will stick with Santee Kohl. Plus Marietta's is next door so go shopping then go eat and have a drink!
I have been a customer at this store for over 7 years. I have never had any issues with service until today. I picked up shoes that were priced at 44 dollars as it said on the display shoe, the box scanned at 54 even though the display priced at 44. I believe there was an issue with the box. When I tried to explain this to the cashier, she told her manager that the box and display prices were different. The manager on duty, I believe her name was Nancy told me to, "shush." I felt very disrespected by her when all I asked was a question. I would give zero stars if I could, but that cashier that tried to help deserves 5 stars.
Love this store, the sales, the coupons and the combining coupons are awesome. Fried employees. Great return policies. Clean store. Ample parking..
This store is VERY BIG, so don't get lost! The selection here is very good, but the prices are not. Even the items on sale will empty your wallet.
