they stole me by saying I didn't pay for my credit card for macys, but that was not true because every time i bought something from Macy's I directly pay it back by cash because I don't want to make balance on my credit . In addition, all employees knew me when i buy anything I return it back to my Macy's card immediately and they were surprised about what's happened with me and even they helped me to call customer service and talked to them . Unfortunately, the customer service was bad and they said we will investigate in that and nothing happened .they just return the interest was 25.00$, but what they took it was a big amount . that all Macy's fault not me . I cancelled my account with them after that problem . I don't recommend someone trust them .

All of the clothes were in order by size. That's rare! Pretty good selection of clothes. Dressing rooms were ok, but needed better lighting.
Overpriced garbage collection. Children's clothes looked like rejects from Walmart. They have had, in my opinion, preditory credit practices and may now be paying the price.
