Malcom was attentive and a careful listener. He was very patient with me while I tried out every recliner he recommended, some 3 or 4 times. Malcolm made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase something I didn't need or want.
Farley was great! I walked in, he introduced himself and offered to support us with any questions. Even though it was slow, he let us wander freely which never happens in a furniture store. He was available when we had questions and the purchase process was a breeze. Thanks for a great experience and good luck on you football league!

I went shopping for a new recliner yesterday. Malcolm met me with a huge smile as I walked into the store. He listened as I explained to him the requirements I was looking for as the recliner would be for my daughter who is disabled and that I also had a limited budget.
Best salesman, who really knew his stuff. Helped me select the perfect mattress. The delivery guys were nice and early, courteous, had the old mattress out and the new one unwrapped and in place in a matter of minutes. Love my new mattress. Great experience all around.
I just recently moved into a new place and pretty much needed everything from the dining area to the living room and the bedroom. My salesperson, Carlos, was very nice and showed me different options that were within my budget. The store manager was also very nice and welcoming and he was able to help with my mattress option. Overall, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family. I give them 5 stars :)
