I have been shopping here for years. Always the lowest price. Salesman are very friendly and not pushy. They only sell the best American made products.
Next time we'll look for new furniture we'll come at Cash & Carry without a second of hesitation.
PS : if they do not carry what you are looking for on the floor, they have lots of catalogs with an amazing variety of style / choices.
Bummed. Have been buying here for 20 years and did pretty well. Spent 4 hours trying out mattresses until we finally landed on one. Got it home and did not sleep for more than two hour all night. Not returnable or exchangeable. Had I known it would possibly require an intense break in period or have elephants walk all over it to make soft, I would have bought it at Mattress Firm. Youseff recommended having my kids jump all over it. Well, she is away at college right now, maybe she will indulge us this summer.
We absolutely love this place. A few years ago we bought a desk that is a great piece of furniture. We went today for a bed head and finally ordered a whole bedroom set :) Kudos to Yousif who was very patient, kind and courteous.
I honestly wouldn't buy another item again. They use as is and blow out sale policy to get rid of nonfictional items and once they deliver it's your problem to deal with. I would rather pay a little more and have the option to exchange if the furniture doesn't work. I bought a triple bunk that my five years can't sit up without bumping his head. I called and explained my dilemma and their response was can't do nothing for you. This my first time and my last time. Beware of the blow out sales!!!
I have purchased "on the floor" leather sofas and tables, and special order chairs. What surprised me was that they have nice quality merchandise. You see the store and you expect cheap furniture, but it obviously wasn't. My two leather sofas are fantastic. They give you great deals if you buy "on the floor". I wanted two sofas. They purchased the two together from the company and had them shipped at the same time. They are top quality and a bargain price compared to other stores. I was so happy that they shipped the two together because of dye lots. Anyway, the seats are solid foam. They are made extremely well. I had even checked out the manufacture.
