If anyone is looking to quickly rent a vehicle, I highly recommend looking further into the Budget El Cajon location. The Specialist here are courteous and friendly, and more importantly very reasonable. Because it's a small location, it may take a few moments extra to get your vehicle, so be understanding in this regards, however, I am sure the staff will make it worth your while.
My experience with the local Budget rental was an enjoyable one. They put me in a vehicle I totally enjoyed and the ease of return was great! I would recommend our local Budget rental to anyone that needs a car, and even without a reservation! Totally impressed with Budget and the representatives there.
Another competitor was not open as conveniently on a Saturday. On short notice, the central Budget 800 xxx xxxx agent made it happen. The Car handled beautifully, a Toyota Yaris, extremely convenient for running errands around town. Can turn on a dime, accelerate and brake like a charm. Well located and easy to find, at Sears in the biggest mall in town. Got quite a lot done while my big truck was getting maintenance.
Got dropped off had to wait over 30min while the lady was in the back on the phone very rude when I said something because I had a reservation and an appointment to make. Sherry I believe was her name
