He didn’t want me going home not satisfied or unsafe. He covered me front to back on my new car! Both very professional and family people. The service department at Team Kia is very attentive. They really went out of their way to make the process smooth and easy. From reception to picking up my car they kept me informed. I highly recommend the service department and their technicians. They give excellent service.
Team Kia Of El Cajon is extremely PHENOMENAL! They are very professional, very efficient and with great pricing for auto services. The efforts of the employees are fantastic and this is why I am so committed to them. I have never had a bad experience with them; and if I did, I'd forgive them for it. I would recommend everyone and anyone to visit this facility.
Extremely fast, informative, and professional. Dar was our salesman, and he had definitely went above and beyond expectations. He did an excellent job connecting with us on a personal level, explained our options and even picked out a very nice vehicle and had made it work in record time given all things considered. I arrived at Team Kia of El Cajon dreading the whole vulture effect , but immediately felt at home and comfortable and left happy in less time than you'd believe. Definitely worth at least checking them out, and if Dar is available definitely ask if he's available . Just don't give him too hard of a time for being a Charger fan .... Poor guy
KIA El Cajon saw me right away, and it probably saved my life. KIA Clairmont was unable to get me in for at least 2 days, and referred me to Jessica, due to safety concerns. The El Cajon team was wonderful. They diagnosed the problem, and sold me parts at a very reasonable price. I was able to get my car just hours later, with a free car wash. They also gave me notification that my airbag light was on, and they already took the liberty to order the part, as it was under warranty. I shared my feelings with the manager, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are my new car service and parts location! Lastly, my friend who helped drop the car off (and doesn't own a KIA vehicle) has had excellent service there, as well.
