I was interested in a car on their website so I went in & took it for a test drive. I loved the car. I put a hold deposit on it. I also sat down and discussed how much I could put down, an estimate of all the fees including financing fee & what my monthly payment would be to pay it off within a year. I said that I would be back in less that a week to take it to a mechanic. I went back 4 days later to take it to a mechanic. I was asked by the exact same person, that I discussed all the dollar figures with, how much my down payment was & what my monthly payment could be. I was then told that the car was on consignment & they could not finance me for the car based on what I was planning on paying. I was also told that they would finance me for ANY other car in the car lot. The car is now still on the website a full month later and they have increased the asking price for it. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Dealing with Mr. Salami was pleasantly engaging and easy. Any questions I had about the cars, he answered. Usually when dealing with used car sales people I end up walking away feeling a little dirty. Not with Ron at M&N Auto. I even got a warranty for a month free! I have recommended him to the people I know and now here.
I have bought two cars from this company and have always gotten a great deal and even help LONG after purchasing my cars. They are always friendly & helpful and I've never had a problem dealing with them. I recommend them to all my friends who need a car.
