I recently boarded my 2 dogs. Now one came down with kennel cough my other 3 dogs are expossed. 210.00 vet bill. When I called I was told yes there was another dog with the same. I was told thanks for notifying and they will be changing cleaning products. Not much conselation for my expenses. I will never use this facility again. Disappointed .
This is my go to place for anything I might need for any of my pets. Most of the staff is knowledge whether it's dogs or reptiles. The grooming services here however were not great. They don't really pay attention to what you ask them to do and they fail to call when your dog is ready. My dog loves people but she freaks out coming here.
Store has good selection. Prices are high. The only employee to talk to me was the cashier at checkout and she was very rude and uninformative. Purchased a dog tag and wasn't informed as to where the access code was. When I asked she acted like I should have known and I was stupid for not knowing. Ok store, bad employee.
Only place we shop for our dog. This location also has a doggy day camp, which he LOVES.
I can get pet foods, toys, litter, some medicine's, grooming training, New kitties and small.pets.
