this place is amazing! i came with some questions on a 10x20 miguel and emily were so nice and helpful. when i was shown the space i realized it was way to big Emily showed me a 10x10 and i was sold. cleanest storage place ive ever been to with the friendliest staff.
Miguel helped me with my reservation and setting everything up. I was worried it would take a while and we were finished in 10 minutes tops. Absolutely great customer service. Everyone in the office seems super friendly.
The staff here are above and beyond customer service rockstars. A friend and I were dismantling metal utility shelves in the storage unit, when a piece he stomped on popped out and gashed his ear pretty badly. It looked like hospital time but when I asked for the bathroom key so my friend could wash his hands and clean the wound, Emily said “I’m a trained EMT medic, let me see if I can help.” She got some cleaning solution, gauze, tape and gloves, cleaned his ear and patched him up. I was concerned he might need stitches but she said “Nope. Keep it dry, put Neosporin on it and it will heal up.” Thanked her and offered a tip, but she said “No thanks. It’s just what we do.” Big shout to all the EMTs and medics out there, especially Emily!
Wendy did an excellent job despite being short staffed today. Very professional and courteous! Miguel, the manager on the other hand was more worried about the time I was spending there sorting out my storage items that keeping units from being broken into.
