This shopping center is anchored by Smart and Final. It has a JoAnn fabric and CVS. The Starbucks and Denny's are both always busy. The Chinese restaurant is good and don't miss the Jolly Barber (tucked around the corner) if you need an inexpensive haircut.
Awesome deals at Smart & Final! Love the sushi there, too! JoAnn's Craft store has a good selection of holiday items, crafts, & cookwear! Denny's is a great family, friendly restaurant!
Like it better when Vons was there, but still good with CVS, Starbucks and the begal shop.

This is my favorite Starbucks in San Diego. I've been coming here for well over 15 years and the service is consistency friendly and the drinks are made correctly. The open atmosphere of this location is an added bonus.
