Great service ! I was in a pinch and when I called very helpful office staff they were able to send someone out the next day for me to evaluate my problem . Tim was the gentlemen that came out and was very professional and Friendly. I highly recommend El Cajon Roofing !
I would not recommend El Cajon Roofing. Very difficult to work with. We worked with them for over a year to fix a problem that they were unable to solve. It would take them weeks and months to show up. I was going to throw in the towel but they assured me it was a front office problem that had been resolved. A year later when winter arrived and the rain came we realize the problem had not been fixed, and then we went through round two of poor communication and excuses about front office staff. We eventually went with another roofer who was able to resolve our problem but not before we were charged in full by El Cajon Roofing.
