Walked into this office not expecting that I would find the answers I was looking for or the personalized help and attention I hoped for. Walked out of this office feeling extremely satisfied and grateful for the young lady that went above and beyond to resolve the issue that was concerning me. I wish I could remember her name; she was a 30ish Latina working at a secondary window in the front. Thank you for all your help.
Went to the card office specifically. Was there for maybe 5 minutes. Very nice staff, very fast service.
Security guard is rude and unhelpful. Hire someone who can speak more than just one language.
Tried calling three times, kept getting transferred to all over the country and the representatives kept telling me "oh for that information you need to call the office you went to". No kidding. That's what I've been trying to do. They don't have a number available online that's actually accurate. I've waited almost 3 weeks and still don't have my ssc.
It's very hard to get in contact with them. They do not pick up the phone. And do not call back even after leaving voise messages!!!!
