One star isn't even fair. They're a horrible facility they have a smoking patio and their elevators smell like smoke. I can't believe they're still in business. I never write reviews but disliked it so much I had to write a review.
Very good, great care for all in the family, for the staff goes out of the way to include family members knowing that we. Can't always be beside our loved ones,but when we are with them you see that they are taken such good care of, personal, pleasant, perfection, from the start of the lobby to a love ones room,everything in this facility meets Highest grade and I always feel better knowing that nurses, aids, overall staff makes it happen. Thank you always from the bottom of a daughters heart, I Can't say enough good, positive, things about Country Hills Nursing home.
