I bought a refrigerator from them on Oct 10 and had to wait until Nov.5 to have it delivered. They missed the delivery date because the sales person entered my address wrong. When it finally did arrive the delivery person said that he couldn't hook up the icemaker because I had the wrong valve. Then, a couple of minutes later he informed me that the refrigerator that they brought was damaged and had to go back. I called them the next day and was informed that I would have to wait until Dec. 2 (at the earliest) for a replacement, so I cancelled the order. The following day I went to Lowes and purchased a larger, higher quality unit for less money and had it delivered and installed 3 days later. My experience with Home Depot was unpleasant and I will no longer do business with the.
Great employees. Always ready to help answer questions. Jeanne in the garden/pest control section was a wonderful person to talk to & get assistance from. Allison in the paint department knows what she's talking about, too. Love that you can cut some pieces of wood on your own with a saw & not have to wait for an employee to cut it to length for you. I really appreciate the El Cajon, Ca store.
Long lines. Sales associate recommended that we not purchase an item for bed bugs but rather contact a location that would super heat the home to rid ourselves of the problem. Made the purchase anyway.
Went looking for a fuse that I couldn't find in the lemon grove H.D. and the employees (4 of them) that I encountered were just the best! So willing to help and when didn't know the answer found someone that dud know! They all were so accommodating and so helpful! This is the best Home Depot I've ever been to!! Thanks to all of you!
The service here was really good although it was very slow. We were very satisfied with our purchase and they actually had a much better price then we could find it Amazon and we were able to pick it up today.
