Stay away, very shady people. T-Mobile should investigate this store. Needed to do a exchange to a device that is defective (just bought it 2 days ago from another T-Mobile store). We first called them up to see if they had the item in stock. When the person found out we weren't starting new or adding service, but doing an exchange. He made up a story and said that this store is not a official T-Mobile store and cannot do the exchange, which is false.
I'm at t mobile right now and I'm working with habib right now and his is not paying attention to what I'm saying i talk to customer service they told me come down and have them fix whatever the problem is customer service said they have notes detail and this guy habib is not taking anything serious saying he can't do anything. This is so annoying I dont know why i came to this store and now I ask to talk to the manager so habib points to someone next to him and says this is the manager Levai is who he is saying one of the managers here... t mobile bout to get a call and I'm just documenting everything.. they need to either shut this one day or get employees who really want to help I'll be taking this to a further level
Thank you to Edgar who helped me find and connect a new phone in under 15 mins. i was in a hurry and my phone had died the night before. He was polite and sent me on my way happy with a new phone even go to pick the color. Thank you again, good service should not go unnoticed.
It was one of the worst and sneaky store i've ever met. I bought an iphone 6 plus s and they told me that i just have to pay $29.3. Suddenly i discovered that my bill is $76.None of the employees had mentioned to me how the price is escalated to this amount. even they let me buy the cover and screen protector at higher price and they are charging me for two years for them while they let me feel that i already pay the amount at lower price at the beginning. So always be aware before buying any thing from them because they pretend to be nice in front of you while they may try to steal or skrew you in your back.
