I come here once or twice a year as a criminal defense lawyer. Been doing so for about 10 years. Thus, my review is from the perspective as a criminal defense attorney, practicing in the San Diego and southern California area.
Trying to get a hold of ANYONE to talk to is a waste of time. I'm trying to do my part by TRYING to get some information but apparently there's no one in this entire building who can pick up a phone. Automatic voice system just reroutes you to another automatic voice system, so fun. Real nice system you got there guys!
They go hard on duis out here, other misdemeanors and felonies are very manageable, the judges like cases to settle.
East County serves parts of la mesa, el Cajon and various smaller east county communities. Traffic, misdemeanors and felonies are handled here. Parking in the morning can be rough, don't hesitate to park on the street.
After waiting an hour for a representative to speak to me about the status of my case, someone finally answered. When I explained what I needed and asked for assistance, all she could say was that the system was down and I could call back later or tomorrow. She offered no help, not even to ask for my case # or to provide an alternate solution. Seriously? I didn't have any options but to call back? First, there must not be enough people working in that office for someone to wait an hour before anyone answered. Secondly, when they answered, they couldn't do anything or at least provide good customer service. Nothing. Very disappointed!
Wow horrible menu options and these east county hicks never answer the phone because they are a bunch of inbred hicks
Impossible to get through to a representative when calling sat on hold for 3 hours two days in a row. And all it says is " all representatives are assisting other callers, please remain on the line and your call will be answered in the order it was received" you never get a human voice and they never speak to anyone and have very short and inconvenient hours to complete your business needs. Seems like a scam job to try and hurt their patrons and residents. Poor excuse for a courthouse.
