Employees are very unprofessional and rude.. love the clothes, but their staff is just gross. I never had to deal with such disrespect coming from a store like I did today, never again
For starters they don't run their AC. You walk in and it's hot as hell and the rest of the mall feels nice and cool. Have a week to exchange items. All sales are final for basically absolutely everything besides tops. They have two people working ONE register. They're older ladies and assuming the owners and by my guess is that they have associates but the associates never use the register. Being in Retail and having to put outfits together on mannequins there were some outfits that just shouldn't be put together and that's what turned me off from buying the main item.
The owner is so so rude and unfriendly. I can't believe this lady stays in business with the way she treats her customers. I hope this store closes.
