Too greedy. Yes its a business, but there is no reason to make money unreasonably from bike shop patrons. Go there if you want to get ripped off
I never received the frame I bought from them online or received my refund back and I gave them a new address to ship it to, but didn't resend it and stop contacting me when I tried asking for my refund
Bike service was fast and fairly affordable. I trust them with our bikes.
Great customer service. Also I love the life long warranty they have on my haro box I've had it for about a year and nothing has been wrong with it expect the tire
The mechanics here fix my Abicci in under 5 minutes! It was crazy!! Matt was very helpful and especially attentive and helped readjust my bike and showed me why my bike was uncomfortable during long rides. We got the seat all fixed up and then put some new pedals on the bike. It feels so much better now and it even feels faster now that it's all dialed in.
