Amazing food. Pizza is excellent. Best Italian pizza in San Diego. Atmosphere is so lovely now. The owner did a great job with cleaning up that dark restaurant. The sports bar is something el cajon needed. The place looks great now. Tommy, you have a good mine there.
Great service. The food came out pretty quick and hot. Had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were delicious. The steak was cooked the way I liked it first time and the sides were good.
Remodel looks great. Too pricey though. My drink orders totaled 48 bucks. Same order at another very fine sports bar and pool hall nearby costs 24 bucks. I get having to pay off such a complete remodel, but seriously overboard with the prices. They are NOT located in the gas lamp district.....
We arrived on a Taco Tuesday, offering $3 tacos and lime margaritas on the rocks. Great value, considering it was yummy and filling for those in our group who ordered these items. Chicken tenders were a hit with the kids. Our server was attentive and got orders placed correctly with our large group. The food and beverages were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, my order came with an item not described on the menu that causes severe allergic reaction. Very sad for me. The staff replaced my entree but not the side item, and I ended up picking off family plates instead. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would go back again.
Quality food, generous portions served by friendly people. I suggest the Shrimp Scampi. The Salmon is also very good. Nice soft music playing makes conversation possible. Just nice.
